EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable but willing to train.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout all stages of service.
• Provide exceptional guest services, fostering positive relationships with patrons to encourage repeat visits.
