• Preparing and serving hot and cold meals alongside the on-site Chef Manager
• Planning and cooking meals in line with school menus and dietary guidelines
• Taking full ownership of the kitchen, including daily prep, cooking, cleaning, and compliance
• Managing stock levels and receiving deliveries
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Liaising with school staff to support smooth service and special events
• Providing a friendly and positive service experience for pupils and staff
