Schedule & Compensation Status: Full-time Position Shifts: Hours:2 shifts available- 5:30AM-2:00PM OR 11:00AM- 7:30PM every other weekend and every other holiday are required No late nights! Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Job Description Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cook items ensuring optimal food quality, i.e., scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc. Follows “counts” designated on production sheets as written. Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages. Instructs attendants in regard to menu offerings and/or menu changes. Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control and quality assurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency, required. Six (6) months prior experience. Responsibilities

The cook assists in the preparation of hot and cold food items while following production sheets and recipes. They are responsible for maintaining food sanitation standards and informing the chef of any necessary modifications or shortages.
