The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Line Cook!  Duties and Responsibilities  * Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, measuring ingredients, etc.  * Cook meals in a timely and efficient manner, upholding the appropriate temperature and consistency.  * Be knowledgeable on the various kitchen stations, i.e. grill, hot line, salad station, etc.  * As assigned, assist with food preparation, kitchen line, and dishwashing.  * Uphold the food quality including cooking temperatures and plate presentation.  * Be aware of contamination on reported allergies.  * Uphold the kitchen cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces.  * Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations.
