Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting quality and productivity standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations Proven experience as a Cook B'/C' in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Culinary degree or certification is a plus Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs
