WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a comparable hospitality environment
• Certificate IV in commercial cookery, or other related field
• Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service

Bendooley Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team. This full-time position is based at our beautiful venue in Berrima, NSW. As a Cook at Bendooley Estate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and cooking a wide variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
• Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the Chef to develop and refine menu items
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior kitchen staff
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
