  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a comparable hospitality environment
  • Certificate IV in commercial cookery, or other related field
  • Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Preparing and cooking a wide variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
  • Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the Chef to develop and refine menu items
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to junior kitchen staff
