We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Grill Cook to be part of our team. If you’re passionate about great food, thrive under pressure, and enjoy leading others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook burgers, sides, and other grilled items with consistency and care.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, making sauces, organising stock).
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during service.
  • Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar kitchen role (burger/fast food experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred).
  • Valid Australian work rights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.95 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
