Job Description Qualifications Kitchen experience and knife skills ideal, but not a necessity Demonstrate a strong focus on food quality and consistency Understand and comply with the food safety requirements of the position Ensure compliance with all WH&S legislation (act and regulation) Previous experience in cooking over a char grill would be advantageous The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests. Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything.
