JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality and safety while providing exceptional service in a culinary environment. Your expertise in food preparation, following a specification and fine dining will be essential in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is advantageous.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Experience in catering services is a plus, along with proficiency in meal preparation.
