Are you passionate about creating delicious food and working in a friendly, welcoming environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our brand-new coffee shop in the heart of Brechin!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Cook, you will play a key role in shaping the food offering for our coffee shop. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of tasty breakfast and lunch dishes, along with homemade bakes and light bites to complement our coffee selection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food in line with our menu.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Assist with menu development and bring creative ideas to the table.
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
