PART-TIME COOK – JOIN THE GIRDLERS TEAM

We are currently seeking a qualified Part-Time Cook to join our vibrant and passionate team at Girdlers.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Diploma Qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ cooking experience.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

Prepare and cook high-quality food for all Girdlers customers, ensuring a smooth workflow between the back-of-house and front-of-house teams.

KEY DUTIES

  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with NSW Food Safety practices, following recipes and presentation standards set by the Head Chef & Executive Chef.
  • Ensure all food meets exceptional quality standards.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients.
  • Follow correct stock receiving, storing, and stock control procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of all kitchen equipment.
  • Liaise with other departments professionally during service to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow all Standard Kitchen Operating Procedures and safe equipment operation guidelines.
