You’ll work closely with the head chef in planning, organising and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. Alongside this you’ll also:

• Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
• Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented.
• If required, you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent.
