• Cleaning, temperature recording, and allergy recording

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
  Applicant should have valid certifications in Commercial Cookery.
