A day in the life of a Cook: Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that “WOW” our guests Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. Qualifications About you: You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro-style kitchen You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
