Seasonal JOB TITLE: Stone Haus Pizza Cook/Cashier DIVISION: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Stone Haus Manager LOCATION: Stone Haus Restaurant CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Part-Time/Seasonal/Hourly POSITION: Are you a motivated and passionate individual who has experience in the food and beverage industry? The pizza cook takes on the responsibilities of providing friendly customer service and effectively prepare the menu items as ordered. Who doesn’t love pizza? SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of restaurant equipment, duties, and ability to follow recipes Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude’s standards Ability and willingness to collaborate Good hygiene and cleanliness are required Efficient food preparation and cleaning practices Must be punctual and reliable Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends Exceptional organization and time management skills Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lift 30 lbs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the ordering system Become knowledgeable about the Stone Haus menu and be able to make recommendations and answer guests’ questions Prepare coffee and breakfast items for morning shifts Effectively assemble wraps and pizza in a presentable manner Ensure lobby is always stocked and clean Help the restaurant manager complete additional tasks as needed EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT Solitude Mountain Resort is an equal opportunity employer.
