We are looking for a skilled cook to prepare high-quality, home-style meals in a busy bingo club in Bootle. Responsibilities include stock control, ensuring food safety compliance, and following HACCP guidelines. You will also maintain cleanliness, adhere to portion sizes, and use standard recipes and proper cooking methods.
Ideally, you will have industrial catering experience, a Basic Food Safety certificate, and an NVQ, C&G, or relevant experience.
