Description

A Catering Cook is responsible for preparing food and beverage items for guests by following recipe specifications while utilizing proper preparation and sanitation guidelines.
Responsibilities
-

Proper set up of assigned stations

  • Keep workstation clean, organized, stocked, safe and sanitized
  • Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good condition

Qualifications
-

Attentive and detail oriented; work as a team player

  • Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods
  • Minimum of one to two years culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand recipe specifications
  • Minimum age requirement is 18
