As a Broiler Cook, you’ll be at the heart of that tradition—delivering perfectly cooked steaks and entrées that define our legendary Western hospitality. What You’ll Do Quickly and efficiently prepare all center-of-the-plate items according to Cattlemens’ recipes and quality standards. Operate the broiler with precision to ensure every steak is cooked exactly as ordered. Coordinate timing and workflow with Broiler Assistants and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed of service. Maintain strict quality control for every plate leaving your station. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in your work area. Support a team-oriented, high-energy kitchen focused on excellence and consistency. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a broiler, line cook, or grill cook in a high-volume kitchen. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Team player with a positive attitude and passion for great food. Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
