AAFCANS purpose is to serve the Australian Defence Community. Our outlets are designed to provide barista style coffee, offering meals and convenience products on Army and Air Force bases.

About the role:

• Permanant – Monday to Friday, no weekends or public holidays!
• Based at Williamtown RAAF Base
• Serving cafe style options to personnel on base
• Starting usually at 5am.
• Large food preparation and cooking of cafe food items for the venue

We’d love to hear from people with:
1. Previous hospitality/kitchen hand experience (Ideally 2/3 years)
2. Previous commercial cooking experience
3. Excellent organisation, cleanliness and efficiency skills
4. Able to follow structured recipes and presentation standards
5. Great working knowledge of food handling & hygiene standards, including stock control
6. Confident in a fast paced environment
