We’re on the hunt for a Casual Cook to join our small, friendly team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cooking pizzas, tapas, and preparing cheese & charcuterie platters
  • Running our popular Saturday Ayala Steak Frites Night – including butchering, cooking steaks, preparing our signature entrecôte sauce, and plating desserts
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Assisting with stocktake and maintaining kitchen organisation
  • Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience (pizza and steak-cooking skills highly regarded)
  • Confidence with butchery, sauces, and dessert prep, or a willingness to learn
  • A passion for food and hospitality, with strong attention to detail
  • Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small kitchen
  • Availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
