We’re excited to announce the opening of Billy’s Catch, a brand-new fish shop located in Winston Hills Mall (180/192 Caroline Chisholm Drive, Winston Hills). We’re set to open in the first or second week of September, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable all-rounders to join our team!

We’re looking for team members who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help build something special from the ground up. Duties will include:

• Prepping cooked seafood - Batters, salads etc
• Cooking hot food orders
• Must be strong on the grill & fryer
