The Hotel SEEZEICHEN also includes the Hotel Elisabeth von Eicken and #herrhoshi – our now nationally renowned Asian restaurant.

Your future tasks will include...

• You are the right and left hand of our head chef and support him in all aspects of managing the kitchen team.
• You cook your own station, but you also jump in to help wherever support is needed.
• Asian cuisine, sushi, sashimi - you have no difficulty preparing any of these dishes, and you also have fresh, creative ideas for Asian cuisine.
• You also have great ideas for our daily service at #fraukorn, with its delicious snacks and cakes, which you implement together with the team. Breakfast is also important to you, and you keep a watchful eye on compliance with our standards.
• You support the head chef in matters such as ordering, monitoring relevant key figures and menu planning, meticulously ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and restaurant, and are available to address the concerns of the kitchen crew.
• You are in close contact with the service team and ensure a good atmosphere.

You bring this with you...

• You bring relevant experience in the kitchen within the hotel/restaurant industry. 
• Prior leadership experience would be great, but it's not a must.
• Asian cuisine is not unfamiliar to you; what you can't yet cook, you'll learn on site, or we'll find another great way.
• You love interacting with people – our guests – and impress with your open-mindedness and professionalism.
• You are hands-on, supportive in every role, love cleanliness and order, and are familiar with the relevant guidelines and laws (HACCP).
• Fluent German skills, ideally also English skills and/or other language skills – our employees are very international.
• Positive appearance and good manners
• Availability currently predominantly on the late shift from Wednesday to Sunday (5-day week / currently Monday & Tuesday are days off at #herrhoshi)
