E'RE HIRING! PASTRY CHEF (M/F)

The Gastronomic Restaurant Le Sud is looking for a Pastry Chef (M/F) to join its team.

As a true pillar of the team, you will work closely with the Chef and the entire brigade to offer refined, creative and demanding cuisine.

Permanent contract, 40 hours/week, split shifts

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the setup and management of your position
• Participate in the preparation and plating of dishes
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of the dishes
• Working collaboratively with the entire brigade
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Participate in ensuring the smooth running of services

Desired profile:

• Proven experience in fine dining
• Mastery of culinary techniques and a true eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good management of stress and the fast pace of services
• Rigour, organisation and high standards in work
