We’re currently on the hunt to recruit for spring and summer. We’re looking for casual cooks/chefs, kitchen hands, wait staff, bar staff and floor attendants. If you have personality, can smile and are passionate about hospitality, then we want to hear from you. Wine and cocktail knowledge highly regarded, and in the kitchen experience with Mediterranean and/or Middle Eastern cuisine is also highly regarded but not essential.
