Located in The South Yarra, 415 Malvern Road, Victoria, Australia. The Fratellino Pizzeria is
currently seeking a qualified Full Time Chef/Cook to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate. In order to qualify for the role, you must have the following :

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 TO $80,000 PLUS SUPER.

 Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
 Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to work late till 10:00 pm and on weekends.
 Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
 Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
 Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher
 Flexible availability
 Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
 Effective communication skills
 Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets
