We are recruiting for 2nd cook / chef to join our team.
You will be assisting the head Chef in the day-to-day running of our kitchen @ Home Farm Holiday Park, Burnham-on-sea, Somerset.
Contract 30 hours per week until end september.
Must be able to use all types of cooking equipment (fryers / Pizza Oven / Grill)
Menu will consist of Pizza, grilled food, fresh homemade batched cooked food. Based around pub style cooking.
Ability to follow company procedures and deliver high standards
· Oversees and supervises kitchen staff on head days off
· Assists with inventory, and management of supplies
· Prepare all food items as directed timely manner
· Follow recipes and presentation specifications
· Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
· Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
· Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
· Restock items as needed throughout the shift
· Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
· Recording food temperatures
· Preparing reports
· Must be experienced and hold relevant Health & Hygiene certificates
