The exceptional team at Kingsfield Court is currently looking for an imaginative and creative Cook to join their team. With the 70-bed home being purpose-built with its residents in mind, you will find a homely yet glorious environment.
Providing residential and specialist dementia care to their residents, your primary focus will be to blow their tastebuds by preparing meals that are delicious, comforting and prepared fabulously.

• Plan, prepare and cook a variety of meals that are appealing, nutritious and individual to the resident’s likes and dislikes
• Assist in the planning of menus and ordering of food within set budget parameters
• Prepare home-baked goods for tea and celebrations
• Be aware at all times, of the Residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• Ensure food is prepared and stored following guidelines from the Environmental Health Department
• Maintaining food stocks and reordering where needed
• Actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful activities related to their lifestyle choices
• Participate in the cleaning program of the kitchen to ensure that all appliances and the kitchen environment are kept hygienic and clean
