Salary: $72,000 – $82,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
  • Create menus and ensure meals meet nutritional, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.

Cook
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and cook dishes in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Manage food portioning and assist with stock control.
  • Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and sanitised.
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations as needed.

Restaurant Manager
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum

  • Manage staff performance, rosters, recruitment, and training
