If you are looking to join a vibrant and professional early learning team and are passionate about children with a love of healthy food and have some experience in catering, then SmartPlay has an exciting opportunity for you.
You will assist in planning a menu, purchasing and receiving goods, cooking meals in alignment with our Food Safety Program and Nutrition Australia. You will also work closely with the management team to be aware of dietary and medical requirements of children at the ELC and the OSHC, ensuring that meals are prepared in alignment with our Food Handling and Nutrition Policy.
Additional responsibilities may be allocated to the right person including planning, preparing, and attending special events held by the service and weekly cooking sessions with the children.
This part-time position commences immediately.
