JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to create delicious nutritious meals for residents, taking into account their individual dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences. To ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen at all times. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a high level of quality in all dishes served.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Prepare balanced, nutritious meals in line with residents’ needs, including special diets and allergy requirements.
  • Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and Residents satisfaction.
