About Us
We’re a soon-to-launch, design-led café and lifestyle space rooted in wellness, good food, freshly bakeds good and beautiful interiors. Our vision is to serve soulful, nourishing dishes with a twist – where comfort food meets mindful eating – all in a calming, Scandi-inspired environment.
We’re taking inspiration from places like Sunday Coffee & Kitchen and bringing our own fresh approach to the Rugby food scene.

The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Chef who thrives on developing food that feels both indulgent and nourishing. You’ll lead the creation of a vibrant, ever-evolving menu that reimagines familiar favourites with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wellness-driven touches.
This is a collaborative opportunity to shape something new, meaningful, and community-focused.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver a seasonal, produce-led menu that blends comfort with modern wellness trends
  • Put your spin on café classics – from loaded toasts and grain bowls to hearty soups, broths, and warm, satisfying mains
  • Work closely with the founders to align the menu with our brand values and aesthetic
  • Keep a consistent focus on flavour, texture, and beautiful presentation
  • Uphold high kitchen standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety and provide a track record of doing so
  • Contribute to building a positive, thoughtful kitchen culture

Who You Are

  • A chef with solid experience in modern café or bistro kitchens
  • Passionate about nourishing food that doesn’t compromise on flavour
  • Confident in creating dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious
  • Familiar with plant-based, gluten-free, or alternative-diet approaches (or open to learning)
  • Calm, creative, and positive under pressure
  • Collaborative and excited to help shape a unique hospitality concept

Bonus Points For

  • Experience launching or helping develop a new kitchen concept
  • Knowledge of seasonal produce and functional ingredients
  • A strong eye for food styling and presentation

Perks

  • Flexible working and creative freedom from day one
  • Staff discounts across our food and retail offerings
  • A chance to be part of a thoughtful, wellness-focused brand from the ground up
