As a Cook at The Coffee Club, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The position involves:
·Preparing menu items in accordance with restaurant standards
·Making fresh salads and wet dishes that match quality and taste expectations
·Organizing kitchen stock requirements
·Effecting shift planning and management
·Managing daily kitchen operations and preparation
·Working collaboratively with kitchen staff
·Managing and maintaining all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
