Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Assist in serving meals during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
