As a chef  at the TressBrüder Organic Museum Restaurant in Friedrichshafen, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in implementing our vision of sustainable organic gastronomy. For both the museum restaurant, with its diverse daily menu and organic dishes for the whole family, and the upscale evening concept with its fine-dining menu, the TressBrüder brothers are committed to 100% organic ingredients and a culinary offering developed by organic Michelin-starred chef Simon Tress and his team. Your tasks:

• Preparing and plating cold and hot dishes in our restaurants
• Quality assurance and cleanliness control while ensuring hygiene standards (HACCP) 
• Independent ordering, monitoring and organization of incoming goods using digital inventory management. 
• Continuous development of dishes and menus with the head chef 

Our requirements:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a chef in the hotel or restaurant industry 
• First professional experience as a Commis de Cuisine or Chef de Partie
• Reliability and punctuality 
• German language skills 
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a strong curiosity to live and further develop our culinary vision.
