NOW HIRING: FOOD SERVICES TEAM MEMBER (BACK OF HOUSE)

Availability: Now until November 4 – Must be able to work Weekends!
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our Back of House Kitchen team for the fall season! In this role, you’ll support the preparation and assembly of our farm-fresh menu items. Whether you’re portioning ingredients, plating, or keeping the kitchen clean and organized, you’ll play a key role in helping our food service run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with our kitchen leads to deliver a great food experience for every guest who visits the farm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Food Handler’s Certificate is mandatory
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities

Retail at the farm is fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-focused. You’ll strengthen your communication, merchandising, and service skills in a setting that’s anything but ordinary.

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes
• Cook food items to specified standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station
• Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service
• · Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and be able to work independently with little supervision
• Availability for the full season (through November 4)
