Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Cooking on the grill and fryers
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management,stock rotation and dish washing (as needed)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Hours
-Thursday thru Sunday with hours ranging from Noon - 9pm
SUMMARY
As a Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in cooking, food preparation, and kitchen experience will be vital in executing menu items efficiently. Your organizational and communication skills will facilitate teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is $15 per hour and tip share typically adds between $4-$6 more per hour on top of the base pay.
