Description JOB SUMMARY: Takes food orders, rings in the order and collects payment, prepares the food while providing excep-tional customer service to our guests. Counts monies in cash register at the beginning and end of shift at the vault. Takes food orders from guests. Collects payment from guests. Prepares all orders and ensures all orders cooked quickly and according to order and portion control. Maintains the work area, including all counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with state, county, and company health regulations and work safety regulations. Maintains high standard of personal hygiene in compliance with state, county, and company regulations. Interacts with guests to provide good customer service. Prepares paperwork at end of shift, logging any repairs, and documenting any incident or prob-lem. Must be able to prep food products using standardized food preparation techniques. Must be able to visibly recognize ‘condition’ of food and cooking temperatures. Works with all employees as a team and ensures the smooth operation of food production. Enforces all controls as required such as portion control, employee free drinks, and stock rota-tion. Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactori-ly. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experi-ence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
