We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation for catering events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Support the dietary aide in preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when required.
