We’re seeking a dynamic Cook to join our client’s hospitality team in Edmonton.

• Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper portion control, plating, and presentation of all dishes.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, dishwashers, and servers.
• Maintain a clean work area during and after service, including proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assist with inventory, prep work, and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Monitor and record food temperatures, waste, and cleaning duties.
• Adhere to all kitchen safety protocols, including handling knives and hot equipment.
• Help ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, even during busy shifts.
