The Explorer Café is looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic cook to join our friendly team working in our busy café within the Tiso Outdoor Experience store.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Assisting with the ordering of & close management of stock
• Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to.
• Assist in the food preparation pre and during service
• Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques.
• Ensures food leaves the pass timely
• Have the ability to work & train on every section of the cook line.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a kitchen
• Ideally hold a Level 1 Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate
