JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations, with a focus on providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious and safe meals while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods for meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal service.

- Experience in food handling and kitchen operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- A comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of breakfast recipes
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 3 years (or more) experience as a head chef or in a leadership role in a kitchenPrepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the planning of menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
- Assist with training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
