Responsibilities
  • A comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of breakfast recipes
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 3 years (or more) experience as a head chef or in a leadership role in a kitchenPrepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the planning of menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
  • Assist with training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
