QUALIFICATIONS
· 6+ months of kitchen experience preferred but not required (we will train the right attitude).
· Able to follow instructions, recipes, and food safety protocols closely.
· Reliable, punctual, and respectful with a strong work ethic.
· Able to work on your feet for long hours and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
· FOODSAFE Level 1 Certification (must be obtained before start date).
· Experience with volume food production or quick-service restaurants.
· Basic knife skills and station prep experience.
· First Aid (OFA Level 1) or WHMIS training.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cook, you’ll work behind the scenes to prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, safely, and to standard. You’ll play a key role in kitchen cleanliness, food handling, and supporting smooth service flow during peak guest traffic. If you’re dependable, organized, and take pride in doing things right, this role is for you.
