Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages using established recipes and techniques
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with health regulations
• Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients and maintaining stock levels
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Follow food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures throughout all duties

Experience

• Previous experience as a Barista, kitchen helper or in the food service industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
