We are a licensed formal Japanese / Sushi train restaurant with table service in Dakabin Village , north side of Brisbane.
We have been successfully open since June offering Donburi, Sashimi, Salad, Dessert and sushi dishes as well as beers and wine

must have relevant qualification and also work experience in Australia within a high volume Japanese restaurant

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

We are currently seeking experienced cooks who are an expert in Japanese cuisine but also have the understanding of local preference.
The tasks and duties include
1. food preparation and cooking
2. cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain
sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
3. Monitor actions of kitchen hands and customers to ensure that health
and safety standards
4. May use computer software to monitor inventory
5. Check quality of deliveries of fresh food.
6. Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as
tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
7. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other
services.
8. Train new kitchen hands
9. Place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
10. Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
