SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in providing outstanding food service at Harbour Breeze Food Management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our catering and canteen services maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. The position is based in the US.

PREPARE AND DELIVER MEALS ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED MENUS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.

  • Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food preparation processes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during meal service interactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in training new staff on food handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication.
  • Qualifications

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A DIETARY DEPARTMENT OR AS A DIETARY AIDE.

  • Strong skills in menu planning and food preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in catering services preferred.
  • Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is a plus.
  • Pay Rate will be evaluated based upon qualification and experience
