JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. We are seeking someone with breakfast experience In a high volume kitchen. This role focuses on high-quality food preparation, fast pace and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in menu planning, cooking, and food safety practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Strong culinary experience with fine dining or restaurant backgrounds is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including catering and meal preparation.
  • Familiarity with food handling standards and safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent knife skills and cooking abilities are required for this position.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
