The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to students and staff in a safe, clean, and efficient environment that supports a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes Ensure all food is cooked and held at proper temperatures Assist with food prep, portioning, and service during meal periods Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of supply needs Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly Comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, as well as school and company policies Maintain a clean and organized workstation Work collaboratively with kitchen and cafeteria staff Why Work With Us?
