QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes in line with our menu standards
  • Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and portioning
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
