• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
• Assist with food prep and ensure ingredients are fresh, stored properly, and ready for service
• Keep an eye on inventory and promptly report shortages or equipment issues
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
• Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is consistent in taste, quality, and presentation
• Work collaboratively with chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure smooth service
